About Me

Welcome! I’m Mona Chin-Yip, my coaching journey started over 12 years ago through professional and volunteering opportunities and grew into a passion for helping others.  I am a ACC certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  I have successfully coached and helped clients in their professional and personal lives.

Participating in the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program, gave me a renewed sense of self-worth, self-confidence, and self-awareness.  It was a life-changing experience, I was able to shed years of negative thoughts and behaviors that no longer served me.  By joining the PQ Coach community, I am excited to offer this unique journey to others.

Being a coaching client myself has changed my perspective in many aspects, it helped me to realize and change limiting beliefs that held me back and improved many areas of my own life.  I experienced many positive outcomes that inspired me to become a Certified Coach to help others.
