I’m Mona Chin‑Yip. My path to coaching began over a decade ago, shaped by years of professional and volunteer work that continually pulled me toward conversations about growth and possibility. What started as instinct became a calling.​As an ACC‑certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I support clients through personal and professional transformation. My own experience as a coaching client was pivotal — it helped me uncover limiting beliefs, shift long‑held patterns, and see myself with new clarity. That transformation is what drives my work today: helping others create clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
